Sunday break day!

 Sunday was our break day, which meant we got to relax. The team first started the day off with a wonderful church service, where the MCF family sang, dance and taught us many important lessons surrounding Christ.

After, the MCF staff took us for a hike on the great Mount Mully. It was a mountain that sat near and in the middle of Yatta and the MCF family. On it sits a large rock, looking as if it was going to fall off the mountain. The trip up to the rock from up to back down took about 2 hours in total. At times for some climbers it was quite terrifying; as you had to climb up steep slopes right next to tall drops off the mountain, with no safety precautions.

Don’t worry; we were all able to get back from mount Mully. And when we did, we were treated to an amazing show performed by the MCF students. It included impressive dancing, drumming, acrobatics and martial arts acts.

Wednesday will be the last day for much of the team, as they are travelling back to Nairobi.
